• OBSD will have an all-day poverty training in Fall 2016
• Address high instances of chronic disease and uncontrolled conditions: Family Health Center, Amber Rosewood
• Free community education: Family Health Center, Amber Rosewood
• Care coordination; data collection and sharing: Family Health Center, Amber Rosewood
• Customer service training: Grays River College
