  • Tenant Based Rental Assistance (TBRA): Self-sufficiency transitional housing program to assist the homeless.

Home Repair Services: Coordinates volunteers to repair and rehabilitate those homeowners who qualify for assistance. Low-income, disabled, seniors, families with children, etc. who are unable to complete repairs may be eligible.

Project Warm Heart/PUD Assistance
Assist residents of Pacific County to prevent disconnection of services. Must have PUD account in their name with a past due balance, in danger of being disconnected, or in need of a deposit. Assistance is limited to once per 12-month period. Maximum amount that can be paid per household is $300 and does not include late/reconnect fees. Client is eligible if under 150% of FPL for household size.
